How it works:
- Purchase or upgrade to this service and then start a Self Prepared Return with Audit Protection tax questionaire.
- In your questionaire, click Ask a Professional link to submit tax questions by email and click Complete My Return to enable us to view your completed interview data.
- View or print your tax return, save it on your computer and then e-mail your return to us for review.
- We will look over your tax information and return then contact you to discuss our comments and answer your tax questions.
- Make any final changes that may be necessary to your tax interview data (update your interview) and your ready to E-file.
In selecting this service, you authorize E-File Online to access and review your tax return information. We will not sign your tax return as the preparer. Ask a Professional is a value-added service to our self-prepared tax return customers.
